Course Overview:
The effects of fatigue represent a serious threat to safety at work. Its short term effects may place workers at risk of causing accidents, injuring themselves and those around them, while its long term effects can lead to serious health issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, anxiety and depression.  Elements covered in the session are listed below:
