Cancellation and Refund Policy

LGA Training is committed to providing current, relevant and quality offerings to the local government sector in South Australia including forums, workshops, short courses, full day courses and multiple day courses. We appreciate that changing circumstances may result in a cancellation however, it is encouraged that a substitute be organised and LGA Training notified of the substitution for record keeping purposes and certificate provision where applicable. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy covers:

Please note that registration is a commitment to pay (if required) and attend. LGA Training may at our sole and absolute discretion charge an administration fee for substitutions.
