Session Overview:
Tourism is an economic driver for South Australian regions and metropolitan Adelaide. Local Government supports and facilitates regional tourism bodies to build and promote diverse experiences in their region. 

This informative, interactive session will address the following questions:
- What is tourism and what is the tourist economy?
-Why is tourism important to a national, state local economy?

The session will also include presentations on sustainable tourism, service excellence and heritage tourism.
