Overview
In the workplace, improving your negotiation capability assists you build stronger relationships, deliver long term solutions and avoid harmful conflict.Whether you are negotiating deliverables with peers or routine contracts, a comprehensive and strategic approach to ‘deal making’ will consistently drive better outcomes and influence the achievement of organisational strategic goals and objectives.
This program offers a range of practical tools and techniques to plan for, conduct and follow up on negotiations. The participant will learn proven negotiation and influencing techniques to persuade others about the strength of their argument and develop skills for dealing with conflict or deadlocks.
