For: Council staff managing staff looking to gain skills in solving IT-related problems in their workplaces.

Overview:
This course is designed for council staff who require skills that assist them to competently manage the following:
Working remotely, connecting effectively to wireless devices, managing network connectivity (logins, passwords, IP address and more), managing printer issues, cabling issues, virus checks, data backups and recovery.
