Overview
Each year we share our summaries of the important decisions that affect councils and the development industry from the Environment, Resources and Development and Supreme Court. For the first time we anticipate providing summaries of appeals against application assessed against the Planning and Design Code and proceedings commenced pursuant to the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.Subject to there being a sufficient number of new cases to discuss, a second session may be scheduled in the relevant CPD period.
