Overview

This webinar will provide Elected Members with an overview of key elements in the new system, including relevant authorities, classes of development, public participation, the Planning and Design Code and the eplanning platform.  A ‘must see’ for Elected Members who are considering joining a Council or Regional Assessment Panel.

Jo commenced practicing in planning and environmental law in 2011, and in this role, she advises council clients in all aspects of planning, building and environmental law under the Development Act 1993 andincreasingly the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016. Jo routinely presents training seminars on a range of topics, including planning reform, Section 7 searches and enforcement.
