Overview
Trust, respect and confidence are essential elements of an employment relationship between an employer and employee. Certain conduct and behaviour of employees can lead to a breakdown of respect, trust and confidence, which in turn, jeopardises the working relationship.This session will explore what councils can expect of their employees’ conduct and behaviour, how to effectively manage staff, instances where it goes wrong, and when and how the Council can intervene.
