OverviewThis program is designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of Conflict of Interest in the context of an elected members’ statutory obligations beyond what is covered in the ‘Module 2: Legal Responsibilities’.
The session will explore ways to distinguish and differentiate between various conflicts of interest and discuss ways to effectively reduce an elected members’ risk of non-compliance.
