For: For CEOs, Asset Managers and Senior Finance Officers responsible for suggesting proposed framework, structure and constraints for, and content of, their Council's Infrastructure and Asset Management Plans.
The focus of the session will be how to develop a simple but practical, useful and easy to prepare and follow long-term financial plan (LTFP). It will include tips and traps based on councils experience to date. Material presented and discussed will focus on legislative requirements, structural suggestions, how to identify and determine key information and assumptions for input and how to develop an appropriate financial strategy taking account of relevant local factors.
