ChemAlert Version 5 Up-Skill Program

For: Staff with extensive ChemAlert knowledge who need an update on the new features of the latest ChemAlert V5 release.

This course incorporates an overview of the new features found in the latest release of the ChemAlert software. The content includes navigation around the software and will spend time going through all of the new functionality especially within the Risk and Request modules.

As a result of completing this training, participants should be able to perform the following tasks:

◼ Locate products using new or updated tools including barcoding
◼ Review improved Product Details information, including Chemical Footprint
◼ Generate product labels and build custom labels
◼ Review improved stock register features
◼ Navigate through the updated Stock Module
◼ Discover new Location Properties
◼ Review individual container tracking options
◼ Review Analytics and Action Boards
◼ Generate new Stock Reports
◼ Set up Interest Profile notifications
◼ Navigate through the updated Request workflow
◼ Work through the new and improved Risk module
◼ Understand the difference between simple and detailed Risk Assessments
◼ Discover how to build a business-specific Risk Matrix
◼ Generate a Banned Products list
◼ Review new and updated Admin and Preference features

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees should bring a laptop with them to undertake online training if possible. Laptops must be set up for Wireless Internet use.
