This program will provide participants with the opportunity to improve their understanding of the strategic negotiation and influencing process.
In this session participants will develop key skills used to implement a structured method to negotiate successfully and enhance their influencing capabilities. They will also learn collaboration techniques to achieve meaningful commitments and manage the stress that can be experienced through a negotiation process.
