Part one of this full day program is an information session that addresses the following general Contract Law principles:

- Express terms v's implied terms;
- Boiler plate clauses;
- The 10 most common contractual issues.
The discussion of general Contract Law principles will focus on and reference clauses from the Local Government Association Procurement template contracts.
