This session has been developed for council staff who are interested in acquiring practical knowledge, skills and tools to make better decisions in their professional and personal lives.It is also useful for those who are working in a role in which they are expected to undertake analysis, strategic planning, successfully deliver project outcomes, prepare briefs/minutes, provide advice and make recommendations to managers, executives, and other senior decision-makers.
