This course is intended for workers with roles and responsibilities in the area of incident investigation including supervisors/ frontline managers and WHS personnel.
Course Overview:
Incident Investigation training gives workers the knowledge they need to participate in the planning, conduct and reporting of investigations of incidents which have resulted in injury or damage.
Course Outline:
Incident Investigation and reporting procedure
Legal requirements for reporting and recording incidents
Collect information and analyse data given to identify root causes
Compile and communicate investigation reports
