This session will assist councils and relevant authorities under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (SA) to navigate the assessment of applications for land division, the mechanisms for delivery of infrastructure, and LMAs

Rebecca McAulay, Principal – Environment & Planning – Norman Waterhouse Lawyers
Rebecca is a Principal in the Environment and Planning Team at Norman Waterhouse Lawyers and has been practising in this area for over 20 years.  Rebecca has experience working within, for and against local government. Over this time she has provided advice to councils across a wide range of matters including land division, infrastructure, and LMA matters specifically.

Nicholas Munday, Associate – Environment and Planning – Norman Waterhouse Lawyers
Nicholas is an Associate in the Environment and Planning Team at Norman Waterhouse Lawyers, having been with the firm since his admission to practice in 2020. He has experience in a broad range of matters relating to assessment and compliance under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016, and works regularly with local government in relation to land division, infrastructure delivery, and land management agreements.

The Norman Waterhouse Local Government team is the largest of its kind in the State and is widely recognised as the leader in the provision of advice and representation to the local government sector in South Australia.
