Overview

The half-way mark of a council’s term has just passed. It presents an ideal time for Elected Members to refresh essential skills and knowledge. We are offering these three Effective Leadership – Elected Member refresher sessions in collaboration with our reputable partner\providers Norman Waterhouse and David Powell:

Session 1:  Effective Leadership in Local Government; (23 Mar 2021, 9:30am - 12:30pm)
Session 2:  Effective Council Meetings; and (23 Mar 2021, 1pm - 4pm)
Session 3:  Effective Financial Management and Reporting. (24 Mar 2021, 9:30am - 12:30pm)

Once you have completed your 'face to face or virtual' sessions you will be granted access to the E-Learning Modules on our new updated learning platform (includes short quiz questionnaire) for 30 days at 'no additional charge.'
