Overview

The role of Council EA’s and PA’s has evolved from a supporting role to more of a strategic one.
 
CEO’s and Mayors are leaning more and more on their assistants for critical analysis, strategic counsel and technical expertise. This means there is a greater need for council EA’s and PA’s to grow their existing skills, develop new skills and expand their knowledge and understanding of the sector.
 
This year’s forum ‘Connect and Flourish’ is about celebrating the evolving role of council EA’s and PA’s, recognising the new meaning and purpose of this valued role and offering inspiration to grow skills, harness executive focus and enhance positive mind-set.
