In this session participants will learn how to set up an email marketing schedule with popular tools such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor and tips and tricks for publishing effective email newsletters.
Part 2: Content Marketing
Digital storytelling: what it is and how it enables councils to better engage customers by:
- Raising awareness of a program, service or subject matter;
- Engaging the community in ways that lead to new knowledge, understanding, better decisions, action and outcomes and
- Changing community behaviour over time
